Allianz Life is seeking an early-career trading/tech professional in the Minneapolis area to execute derivative trades, contribute to hedge strategies, and help develop and test hedge trading software. You will work closely with portfolio management and research teams to enhance the trading infrastructure.
The role emphasizes programming, quantitative investing, and collaboration, with opportunities to apply AI tools. A four-year degree is required, and U.S. work authorization is mandatory.
Responsible for executing trades in various derivative instruments, including options, futures and swaps. Collaborates closely with portfolio management and research teams to develop hedging strategies. Contributes to software development, testing, and continuous improvement of our hedge trading infrastructure. Helps cultivate and maintain strong relationships with trading counterparties. You will report into the AIM AVP – Trading.
Job posting range: $56,000 – $93,500. This role is eligible for an annual incentive program. The final base salary will be determined based on geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and education, as well as internal equity.
