Allianz Life is looking for an ALM Analyst in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who will manage regulatory analyses and enhance ALM processes. The role requires at least one year of experience in life insurance and a degree in a quantitative field.

As an Analyst on the ALM team, you will be a key contributor supporting the management and analysis of the company’s assets and liabilities. Your role involves assisting with monthly regulatory analyses and quarterly ALM model runs, managing governance controls related to these key processes and helping to automate workflows. You will support strategic business initiatives by leveraging regulatory reporting activities in forward‑looking ALM analyses that inform risk management and portfolio decisions.
This position offers an opportunity to deepen your knowledge of life insurance liability products, asset modeling, and portfolio management implications. You will own key “run” ALM processes becoming the expert in production as well as process maintenance and take steps towards process improvement. Your contributions will help the team shift toward more efficient, scalable, and integrated workflows to free capacity for deeper strategic insight.
You will report into the AIM VP – ALM.
AIM Analyst – $56,000 – $93,500. Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role.
