Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• You must meet PA residency requirements and be able to perform essential job functions.
• Conditional offer requires medical exam and drug screening; PA residency rules apply.

Responsibilities

• ISP Support: Assist with completing assigned portions of assessments and planning documents to ensure accurate information.
• Training Implementation: Conduct assigned training activities to help individuals learn daily living skills.
• Progress Monitoring: Record and report information to support updates and improvements to each individual’s support plan.
• Team Participation: Share observations and insights with team members to support coordinated care.
• Environmental Support: Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic living environment.
• Advocacy and Respect: Model appropriate behavior and uphold individual rights and dignity.
