The Aide – Behavior supports students with behavioral, social-emotional, and self-regulation needs by assisting with the implementation of behavior intervention plans, monitoring student behavior, supporting instructional activities, and helping maintain a safe and positive learning environment under the supervision of certified staff.
Works under direct supervision using standardized procedures to support student behavior, social-emotional development, and implementation of behavioral intervention plans.
Work is performed primarily in classroom and school settings and may require responding to behavioral incidents, implementing de-escalation strategies, and supporting student safety.
Job-related experience is desired.
