Job summary

New Horizon Academy in Erie, CO is seeking an AIDE for our Toddler classroom. This full-time role (Monday–Friday) offers $17.35–$18.05 per hour, depending on experience. You will help nurture young learners and support a caring teaching team.

You should have a positive work ethic and a passion for early childhood education. Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required. We provide a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities, with a family-friendly work environment.
