Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive service programs and meet revenue targets in the United States market. The role emphasizes leveraging existing client relationships and new leads to expand service offerings.

Ideal candidates have base salary expectations of $45k-$60k with uncapped commissions and an OTE range of $100k-$140k, reflecting strong earning potential for high performers in this territory.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Up to 5 years related experience and/or training.
• AIDC sales experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the sale of service programs to meet sales and margin goals.
• Develop and increase the sales of service offerings using existing customers and new leads.
• Meet individual and/or team service sales targets and goals.
• Track and manage sales opportunities from lead to finalization of service contracts.
• Facilitate proper quoting, positioning, promoting and selling of services to ensure high close rates.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, account planning, and reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Build and maintain long-term customer retention and relationships with existing customers and new leads.
• Responsible for assigned accounts but may transition accounts to other sales teams as needed.
• Maintain a strategic, “One Peak” mindset – managing accounts and business priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and partner community.
