Kestra Technologies is seeking a product leader to own the AI workflows segment, shaping what we build and for whom. You will identify high-value AI use cases, validate them with customers, and craft them into actionable specs in collaboration with the engineering team.

You will work directly with founders, engineers, and customer-facing colleagues to drive market-ready AI capabilities and maintain a focus on delivering meaningful customer value.

Qualifications

• Real experience building AI or developer products.
• Strong product judgment to distinguish meaningful use cases.
• Technical fluency to scope AI workflows and integrations.
• Direct, low-fluff communication.

Responsibilities

• Define AI features and roadmap for Kestra's AI workflows.
• Validate use cases with customers and prospects through interviews.
• Translate validated use cases into specs and blueprints with engineering.
