Qualifications

• US citizen status required.
• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3–5+ years in AI development, workflow automation, or system integration.
• Proficiency with Python, APIs, SQL, and automation frameworks.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn and workflow platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows to automate tasks.
• Develop automation solutions using AI/ML models and NLP tools.
• Create reusable workflow components, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Integrate AI with enterprise systems, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Monitor model performance and retrain as needed.
• Document model behavior and integration points for auditability.
