Job summary

Bow-Wave-LLC is seeking an AI Process Integration Engineer to optimize mission workflows using AI/ML tools. This role focuses on integrating existing tools for intelligence analysis while ensuring operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in AI deployment and a strong background in process redesign and prompt engineering. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and an active TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML tool deployment, systems integration, or business process engineering.
• Experience supporting IC, DoD, or Federal law enforcement analytic environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and configure AI/ML tools for operational readiness.
• Map workflows to identify bottlenecks and redesign processes.
• Develop prompt libraries and tools for analysts.
• Establish KPIs for performance measurement of AI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI workflows.
