Job summary

Green Circle Projects is hiring an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI-assisted workflows and automations for the Family Office. You will own these systems, work closely with the investment team, and split time with real investment analysis tasks.

This is a hands-on, full-time role based on-site in Bentonville, Arkansas, with a target start date in October 2026 and a plus annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated building: designed and implemented AI-assisted workflows, automations, or internal tools.
• Financial literacy: read statements, follow capital structure, interpret return metrics, and build solid Excel models.
• Business or finance education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, real estate, information systems, CS.
• Practical technical skill: scripting (Python or similar), APIs/integrations, structured data, and version control.
• AI judgment, not AI enthusiasm: fluency with tools and the judgment to delegate, review, and know when a human must stay in the loop.
• Communication: strong written and verbal skills to explain technical tradeoffs to nontechnical colleagues.
• Ownership: proactively identify problems, decide what matters, and finish tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build internal AI-assisted workflows and automations for investment documents, meetings, and correspondence into structured records and dashboards.
• Own, monitor, and improve what you build with instrumentation and version control.
• Work with the team to identify time losses and prioritize hours saved and error reduction.
• Develop and maintain the real estate and investment data layer and internal dashboards reading from it.
• Automate recurring reporting, executive summaries, and ownership updates.
• Support portfolio monitoring, underwriting, and investment reporting.
