Job summary
Modern Family Law is seeking a highly technical AI Workflow Engineer / Automation Architect to design and implement AI-native workflows and automation systems across the firm. You will build the technical plumbing powering AI-enabled service delivery, integrate internal platforms, CRMs, document systems, and client portals.
The role requires production-grade Python, deep workflow automation experience, and the ability to collaborate across legal, product, and operations teams to scale
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in software/CS/automation.
- Production-grade Python experience with testing, code reviews, version control, and CI/CD.
- Experience with workflow automation, systems integration, and AI implementation.
- Experience designing AI-enabled workflows and orchestration frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI-enabled workflow orchestration systems across legal and operational processes.
- Develop integrations between AI platforms, CRMs, document automation, client portals, and internal tools.
- Build automation pipelines and event-driven workflows for intake, document generation, communication, routing, and escalation.
