Job summary

Modern Family Law is seeking a highly technical AI Workflow Engineer / Automation Architect to design and implement AI-native legal workflows and automation systems across the firm's technology ecosystem.

You will build the plumbing for AI-enabled service delivery, integrate AI models with internal platforms, CRMs, document systems, client portals, and payment tools, partnering with AI leadership, attorneys, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in software engineering or related field.
• Experience with workflow automation and systems integration.
• Production-grade Python with testing, reviews, version control, and CI/CD.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks and AI infrastructure.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI-enabled workflow orchestration systems.
• Develop integrations between AI platforms, CRMs, document tools.
• Build automation pipelines and event-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with Legal Knowledge Engineers and Product Managers.
• Implement API integrations across platforms.
• Monitor reliability, performance, and scalability.
