Job summary

Confidential is building an AI Visibility Group and seeking a manager who can own client relationships while performing hands-on optimization work. You will manage end-to-end client accounts, including strategy, communication, and execution of AI visibility improvements.

You will audit brand appearances across AI platforms, develop strategies, track measurable improvements, and translate complex AI concepts into actionable client recommendations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI experience with generative AI platforms, AI search optimization, or prompt-based research.
• Client-facing account management experience with ownership of relationships and outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication to present actions and results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients with full ownership of relationships, expectations, reporting, and results.
• Execute hands-on AI visibility work, auditing brand appearances in AI-generated responses and implementing optimization strategies.
• Translate technical AI concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
