Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Manager, AI Visibility & Content Discoverability to own how CBRE is found, trusted, and surfaced across generative AI platforms and conversational search.

You will lead AI-driven discoverability built on SEO foundations, clean architecture, and structured data, partnering with Digital Marketing and D&T to translate strategy into measurable outcomes. You will own cornerstones of AI-enabled search, including GEO, AEO, and AI-driven discovery, and

Responsibilities

• Win CBRE citations and inclusion across AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews).
• Track CBRE appearances, compare citation share vs competitors, identify gaps, and coordinate with content and production teams.
• Execute CBRE playbooks for AI-powered search to ensure accurate, authoritative brand representation.
• Stay ahead of GEO, AEO, and AI-driven discovery with grounded, actionable recommendations.
• Identify automation opportunities and translate needs into requirements for Martech, D&T, and agency partners.
• Run workflows daily to turn findings into faster fixes and optimizations.
• Leverage CBRE's AI visibility and SEO tool stack and advise where automation should extend.
• Keep US properties technically sound for crawlability, schema, structured data, Core Web Vitals, hreflang with D&T.
• Run audits of architecture, indexation, page speed; brief engineering teams and see fixes through.
• Grow organic visibility via keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content gap analysis.
• Own a single view of CBRE's visibility across AI and traditional search; share insights.
• Design experiments to lift AI citations and suggest new metrics.
• Translate performance data into recommendations for content, technical, and business decisions.
• Set standards and frameworks to keep CBRE's AI presence coherent as regions come online.
• Contribute to internal projects like site migrations, content audits, new market launches, and platform rollouts.
