The role emphasizes finishing work beyond AI generation, including pacing, captions, and motion, with no original concept development. Prior volume ad experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Real D2C/ecommerce ad experience required.
• Volume-focused editing experience at a DTC brand or agency.
• Fluent in finishing workflow: editing software, captions, pacing.

Responsibilities

• Generate raw content using AI tools and edit into finished ad variants.
• Decide independently which tools to use and edit angles and pacing.
• Ship multiple high-quality ad variants per week.
• Translate briefs into finished video exactly as instructed by the Creative Strategist.
