Within is seeking an AI Value Delivery Lead to act as a forward‑deployed expert consultant, driving rapid value realization for enterprise customers. You’ll own the critical path from contract signature through early value realization, ensuring client success beyond onboarding.

This high‑impact role requires deep ops design, design thinking, and change management skills. You’ll partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scale playbooks and outcomes, with equity, relocation support to SF Bay

Qualifications

• Understanding of great operational design and familiarity with process engineering.
• Ability to think abstractly and speak at all levels: Executive Facilitation & Storytelling, User Journey Design, Customer Experience & Product.
• Design thinking depth, change management skills and a builder mindset. A player coach who can multiply teams with your experience and make it scalable with AI.
• Six Sigma experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Accelerated value realization: act as a strategic advisor orchestrating onboarding sprints to reach milestones in 20–30 days.
• Internal innovation & optimization: continuously assess what, why, and how to increase future scalability of post‑sales value realization.
