Job summary

Chase is seeking an AI Valuation Chief of Staff-Vice President to lead the end-to-end coordination of AI value measurement. You will partner with senior leaders across Data & Analytics, Finance, Strategy, Product, and central AI teams to define frameworks, align metrics, and produce executive-ready insights.

In this highly visible role, you will translate AI initiatives into measurable business outcomes, develop reporting, and ensure data quality and consistency across departments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, finance, or related fields.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Translate data into executive insights for decision-making.
• Experience building business cases, financial analyses, and executive reporting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence across organizations without direct authority.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-priority management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with D&A executives and central AI teams to define and operationalize the AI value measurement framework.
• Coordinate AI valuation activities across teams to align metrics and reporting standards.
• Develop executive dashboards and insights showing business impact of AI investments.
• Drive data quality and accuracy across AI inventories and supporting platforms.
• Establish credible value attribution methodologies and benefit measurement approaches.
• Translate complex analyses into clear narratives and recommendations for senior executives.
• Identify reporting gaps and implement process improvements for AI adoption and performance transparency.
• Maintain a consistent operating cadence for AI valuation deliverables and milestones.
• Serve as central coordinator across D&A, managing priorities and enterprise requests.
