Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Value Architect for its Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice in the US. You will embed in engagements to size value opportunities, build financial models, and quantify AI impact to inform reinvention decisions.

You will develop frameworks for identifying value, produce realization reports, and translate data into executive narratives for C-suite audiences, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and travels as needed.

Qualifications

• Financial modeling, value case development, or business case analysis with ability to defend complex investment cases.
• Proven track record presenting financial models to senior leadership and C-suite.
• Experience quantifying the business impact of technology or AI investments with P&L implications.
• Strong data literacy and ability to produce executive-ready analytical narratives from quantitative work.
• Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams including consultants, technologists, and change practitioners.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as client and business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Define value KPIs for each transformation program and ensure teams apply business process standards.
• Build the value identification framework mapping reinvention initiatives to quantified outcomes (FTE, cost, revenue, cycle time).
• Develop and maintain financial models covering investment, value, timeline, and risk.
• Produce value realization reports tracking outcomes against the business case and signaling delivery risk or success.
• Support preparation of C-suite materials translating quantitative analysis into executive narratives.
• Apply the Wharton economic value model and Accenture's Reinvention Roadmap to size opportunities across speed, capacity, decision quality, and experience.
