Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in financial modeling and value case analysis.
• Proven ability to build and defend complex investment cases for leadership.
• Experience quantifying business impact of technology or AI investments.
• Strong data literacy and executive-ready narrative skills.
• Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Define value KPIs for transformation programs and apply process standards.
• Build value identification framework mapping initiatives to quantified outcomes.
• Develop financial models covering investment, value, timeline, and risk.
• Produce value realization reports and surface signals of delivery success or risk.
• Support preparation of C-suite and Board-level materials with clear narratives.
• Apply Wharton economic value model and Accenture's Reinvention Roadmap.
