Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to own the enterprise AI use-case intake framework. You will design submission, screening, stage gates, and ROI measurement, and build tooling for portfolio management and governance.

This engineering role evaluates use cases against platform capabilities, ties usage data to value, and collaborates with FinOps. Remote in the USA or onsite in Buffalo, NY / Wilmington, DE, with initial client-office workweeks arranged as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience designing and operating intake or stage-gate processes for tech initiatives.
• Strong financial and value analysis skills including ROI modeling.
• Fluency with AI/GenAI concepts and enterprise delivery lifecycles (SDLC/Agile).
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management across business and tech teams.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate the enterprise AI use-case intake framework.
• Define intake requirements, templates, and oversight model.
• Maintain the AI use-case portfolio and pipeline as a system of record.
• Facilitate intake reviews and prioritization with sponsors and governance.
• Develop ROI and value-measurement methodologies for AI use cases.
• Partner with FinOps to connect usage and spend data to business cases.
• Produce portfolio-level reporting on value delivered and cost trends.
• Provide guidance to analysts and developers on use-case documentation.
• Drive adoption of the intake process across business lines.
