EliseAI is seeking a Strategy & Operations leader to work with our largest customers to rethink operations in an AI-first world. This is not typical consulting—you’ll own engagements end-to-end with senior executives.

You’ll build transformation roadmaps to reach high automation, launch initiatives, and shape EliseAI’s broader transformation strategy with autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in management consulting or founder / operator roles at high-growth startups.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Proven ability to take ownership and operate autonomously in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on, execution-oriented problem solver.
• Relentless, high-standards mindset with a get-it-done approach.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation engagements with senior executives to define an AI-native operating model.
• Build transformation roadmaps to achieve ambitious goals, e.g., 70% onsite automation.
• Turn strategy into execution, owning engagements end-to-end from diagnosis to launch and measurement.
• Develop new transformation capabilities and consulting practices for scale.
• Execute strategic initiatives from the CSO office to shape growth and product strategy.
• Invent and launch new ideas, turning concepts into implemented programs.
• Create programs to accelerate industry transformation and adoption of AI.
