Job summary

Cadmus is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an AI-enabled business transformation for a major client. You will coordinate research, analysis, and solution design while ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.

This role is for a proposal effort, with compensation and benefits described by Cadmus. The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams, maintain plans, track risks, and provide transparent updates to stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex business transformation, consulting, technology, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience producing professional project documentation and client-facing status reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of an AI-enabled business transformation program.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Ensure project objectives, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.
• Track progress against project plans and KPIs.
• Maintain project documentation, risk registers, issue logs, and decision records.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports and executive briefings to client stakeholders.
