Cadmus in the United States is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic client engagement focused on transforming business operations through AI applications. You will manage all aspects of project delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure milestones and outcomes are achieved.

This proposal-based role emphasizes collaboration across business transformation, technology, and innovation, with visibility into progress, risks, and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex business transformation, consulting, technology, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience producing professional project documentation, client-facing status reports, and other project deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of an AI-enabled business transformation program.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Ensure project objectives, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.
• Track progress against project plans and key performance indicators.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, risk registers, issue logs, and decision records.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, challenges, and dependencies.
• Ensure effective governance and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports and executive briefings for client stakeholders.
