Cadmus is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic client engagement transforming operations through AI. You will manage all aspects of delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure objectives are met on time and to a high standard.

This is a proposal-based role with compensation considerations pending award, demanding strong governance, client communication, and program-level oversight to deliver impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex business transformation, consulting, technology, or digital transformation projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of an AI-enabled business transformation program.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Ensure project objectives, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.
