Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, business, or tech field.
- 5+ years in digital transformation, operational excellence, or industrial technology.
- Hands-on experience applying generative AI or LLM-based tools to real workflows.
- Hands-on proficiency with enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Ability to develop low-complexity prototypes independently.
Responsibilities
- Build sustainable AI capability from the workplace up.
- Train employees to use AI (LLMs) effectively and responsibly.
- Identify practical improvement opportunities and drive AI initiatives.
- Translate business problems into viable AI use cases.
- Prototype and implement solutions with approved tools.
- Coordinate complex use cases with IT and Stadler Group functions.
- Measure and document operational value.
- Scale secure, reliable, and reusable solutions across Stadler US Inc.
