Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or technology or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in digital transformation, operational excellence, or related.
• Experience applying generative AI/LLMs to real workflows.
• Experience with enterprise AI tools (e.g., Copilot).
• Ability to develop low-complexity prototypes independently.
• Strong problem-solving and process-mapping.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and written communication.
• Knowledge of data privacy, IP, cybersecurity, access control, and responsible AI.
• Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft 365, Jira, Primavera, PLM, document management, or manufacturing systems.
