Qualifications

• Experience leading AI/ML-based products and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record applying LLMs and agentic workflows to business problems.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud, releases, admin/config).
• Proactive bias to action in fast-paced environments; delivery-focused.
• Strong ability to collaborate across engineering, product, legal, security, and ops.
• Data-driven approach to iterating product improvements and impact.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to scale new products in ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills across engineers, executives, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a clear product vision and unified roadmap for AI Transformation and Salesforce teams.
• Own end-to-end product development including discovery, requirements, prioritization, and delivery; coordinate GTM activities.
• Partner with Legal, Security, Compliance, and Salesforce stakeholders to drive adoption and identify opportunities.
• Define and analyze key product metrics; report updates to senior leaders and squads.
