Job summary

Continuum Resource Network seeks an AI Transformation Manager to lead delivery workstreams within enterprise AI programs for Financial Services clients. You will partner with client stakeholders, design AI solutions across GenAI, Agentic AI, and ML use cases, and drive day-to-day delivery with cross-functional teams.

You will translate business requirements into actionable architectures, mentor junior staff, and help scale reusable IP while pursuing value realization and risk compliance in

Qualifications

• 6+ years in AI/ML, data science, or enterprise digital transformation with client-facing delivery.
• Solid knowledge of Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning) and Agentic AI (multi-agent orchestration).
• Track record managing complex AI delivery programs at large enterprises.
• Ability to engage business stakeholders and engineering teams with clear communication.
• FS domain experience in banking, payments, or fintech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AI transformation workstreams from framing through deployment.
• Support executive AI strategy conversations and run discovery sprints and readiness workshops.
• Develop business cases linking AI capabilities to measurable outcomes.
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies with clear reporting to stakeholders.
• Contribute to AI solution designs spanning GenAI, Agentic pipelines, and production ML.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive scalable, compliant deployments.
• Document architectures and integration patterns for client environments.
• Identify account expansion opportunities and support ROI modelling.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to reusable IP.
