Qualificações

• 5+ years in consulting or client-facing roles.
• 3+ years shaping or delivering AI/digital transformation initiatives.
• 2+ years supporting presales activities like proposal development.
• 2+ years with enterprise AI concepts (LLMs, AI agents, governance).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted client advisor to identify AI transformation opportunities, business pain points, and value cases.
• Shape AI strategy, target operating model, governance, adoption, and transformation roadmaps.
• Translate client needs into practical AI solutions in partnership with architects, FDE, delivery, and partner teams.
• Develop proposals, ROI models, proof-of-concept plans, and executive-ready client materials.
• Support opportunity qualification, deal shaping, solutioning, mobilization, and transition into delivery.
• Lead and support structured consulting activities, including workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Connect AI use cases to operating model change, business outcomes, adoption, and enterprise value.
• Reuse and improve global GTM assets and client-facing narratives.
