Acumatica seeks a Distinguished Engineer/Architect to drive AI transformation and engineering productivity. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, collaborate with platform, AI/ML, product, and application leaders, and accelerate AI adoption across the company.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, coaching, and measurable outcomes, reporting to the Chief Engineering Officer. Strong communication across executives is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior technologist with strategic thinking and execution mindset.
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML capabilities in enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to influence across teams and leaders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and influence long-term AI and engineering transformation strategy across the company.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and shape technical direction and investment priorities.
• Lead through influence, mentor teams, and drive execution across boundaries.
