Job summary

Wipaire, Inc. is seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Business Transformation Analyst in South Saint Paul, MN.

The role reports to the Vice President of Business Services and focuses on designing and implementing AI-powered solutions to automate processes and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years’ experience in AI, analytics, and BI, with strong Power BI skills and ERP integration know‑how.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience applying AI solutions, data analytics, BI, and process automation.
• Experience developing dashboards, data models, and visualizations in Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with data analysis with Python or SQL; ERP integrations preferred (Epicor Kinetic).

Responsibilities

• Educate stakeholders on AI principles, capabilities, risks, and business applications.
• Translate complex concepts into clear business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce costs.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled solutions for measurable improvements.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to improve data quality and insights.
• Improve data connectivity and integrations between Epicor, Salesforce, Power BI, Paylocity, and others.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards monitoring KPIs and trends.
• Prioritize AI initiatives based on impact, feasibility, cost, and timelines.
• Ensure data governance, security, integrity, and compliance across AI initiatives.
