Job summary

TSMG is seeking contributors to support an AI language project focused on improving transcription quality and readability for transcripts. You will review AI-generated transcripts, apply punctuation, capitalization, and formatting rules, and keep all original words intact while using reference audio only when necessary to resolve ambiguities.

Training will be provided, and you can work remotely. Strong attention to detail, excellent writing, and reliable internet are required to meet project

Qualifications

• Excellent written skills in the target language.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions consistently.
• Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently and meet productivity targets.
• Previous experience in transcription, annotation, or linguistic projects is a plus but not required.
• Training will be provided before the project starts.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated lexical transcripts.
• Convert transcripts into display text by applying punctuation, capitalization, and formatting for numbers, dates, times, currencies, and other text normalization rules.
• Keep all original words exactly as provided.
• Use the reference audio only when necessary to resolve punctuation or formatting.
• Follow detailed project guidelines and quality standards.
• Complete assigned tasks within project deadlines.
