Job summary

TSMG is seeking Quality control specialists to support an AI language project focused on improving speech recognition systems. You will review completed language annotation tasks and ensure transcripts are natural, readable, and correctly formatted according to guidelines.

The role emphasizes attention to punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, and currencies, with verification against the reference audio when needed. Training and project standards will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Review completed Display Transcription tasks for accuracy and consistency.
• Compare the Display Transcription against the original lexical transcript and project guidelines.
• Verify correct use of punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, times, and currencies; abbreviations and text normalization rules.
• Ensure that the original words and meaning are preserved; identify and correct formatting or guideline-related errors.
• Use reference audio to verify ambiguous cases and provide feedback; complete tasks within deadlines and productivity targets.
