Responsibilities

• Train AI Models: Record actions in real time to build training data patterns for AI learning.
• Conduct Online Research: Verify process steps and gather data for operational accuracy.
• Perform Outbound Inquiry Calls: Make mystery-shopper-style calls to evaluate procedures.
• Maintain High Data Quality: Log detailed notes to support evaluation and QA.
• Identify Workflow Gaps: Spot friction or gaps and provide actionable insights to teams.
• Adapt Across Domains: Shift between diverse tasks following guidelines and standards.
