AuraOne, Inc. is seeking an AI Training Expert for remote model output review.

In this independent contractor role, you will evaluate AI training evaluation model outputs against a versioned rubric, label edge cases, and provide structured feedback to retrain the model. You will compare paired responses, write rationales, tag hallucinations and safety issues, and help calibrate scoring against gold-standard examples each week.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on ai training evaluation or adjacent content for AI Training Expert - Remote Model Output Review work.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.
