Job summary

LILT is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to support AI training and evaluation projects. You will review prompts, assess outputs, and annotate content across text and multimedia, using local cultural context.

This is a flexible, independent contractor role with no fixed hours. You’ll work from anywhere in the United States, following detailed guidelines, and be compensated at competitive rates with opportunities to grow your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with both textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and ability to categorize content accurately.

Responsibilities

• Discuss and evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs.
• Review and correct text, analyze multimedia content, and annotate data.
• Provide concise, structured feedback to support model improvement.
• Apply guidelines consistently and participate in QA calibration if requested.
• Contribute to high-quality results through careful, culturally informed judgments.
