NetDocuments is seeking a creative AI Training Content Strategist to shape and deliver engaging learning experiences for our global partners and customers, translating complex AI topics into clear, actionable content. You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to build scalable training assets that drive adoption, certification, and deep understanding of our platform.

3+ years in SaaS content strategy or instructional design, UX writing, and a learner-first mindset are

Qualifications

• 3+ years in content strategy, technical training or instructional design in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven success delivering training in live and asynchronous formats.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and content design.
• Experience with enterprise cloud platforms in regulated or professional industries.
• Understanding of AI and its practical applications with clear communication.
• Familiarity with UX writing, microcopy, and accessibility standards.
• Portfolio showing training or content work with clear impact.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, multi-day training sessions for global channel partners.
• Lead product trainings around AI functionality for certification and implementation success.
• Identify gaps in partner or customer knowledge and build training plans.
• Support re-certification and ongoing enablement with bite-sized content and 1:1 follow-ups.
• Own strategy and execution of technical enablement content across the journey.
• Create clear, concise content that enhances the product experience and AI adoption.
