Job summary

UNAVAILABLE is seeking a Multimedia Specialist to produce video, photography, audio, and multimedia content that brings AI and mission applications to life for the workforce.

You will partner with the marketing and communications specialist, instructional designer, and disruption designer to translate strategy, training curricula, and user research into polished multimedia products that build trust and drive adoption of AI and data capabilities across the client workforce and the mission domain.

Qualifications

• U.S. government Security Clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of total experience.
• Local to the Washington, DC metro area and willing to travel on-site to client as needed for filming and production.
• Proficiency with video editing and graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar platforms; Canva or comparable design tools.
• Professional experience with DSLR photography and videography in office and on-location environments.
• Experience producing content that meets accessibility standards (Section 508 / WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic communications plans and training curricula into video, audio, and visual content.
• Capture user research and journey maps on video and photography for stakeholder briefings.
• Solicit best practices and lessons learned from client personnel to keep content up-to-date.
• Produce multimedia assets for reviews, leadership briefings, and workforce channels.
• Assist in creating hands-on learning content, including walkthroughs and webinars.
• Align content production with priority needs identified by program leadership.
• Ensure deliverables comply with accessibility standards per WCAG 2.1 AA.
