Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge in solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, CAD/CAM, or manufacturing processes.
• Able to communicate complex physical phenomena and technical concepts clearly in writing.
• Highly precise in mathematical derivations, unit conversions, and physical system constraints.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on an async, flexible schedule.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design Advanced Engineering Problems across FEA, heat transfer, kinematics, thermodynamics, and material science.
• Author Ground-Truth Solutions with rigorous, step-by-step technical solutions for AI learning and evaluation.
• Audit AI Reasoning for technical accuracy, safety, and compliance with engineering standards (ASME, ISO).
• Refine Model Thinking by identifying flawed reasoning and providing structured feedback to improve model performance.
