• Solid design or analysis experience in your discipline.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge of engineering analysis tools (CAD, FEA or CFD).
• Excellent written English.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and meet deadlines remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic mechanical engineering problems with complete reference answers.
• Write grading rubrics that separate professional engineering judgment from textbook recall.
• Evaluate AI-generated calculations, designs and specifications head-to-head and explain which is better and why.
• Review problems and answers across statics, dynamics, thermal and fluid systems, stress analysis, manufacturing processes and reliability.
• Check answers against relevant standards and codes where applicable.
• Document errors in model reasoning and propose improved responses.
