Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in large-scale Supply Chain and Operations transformation programs. The ideal candidate will combine strong program management expertise with hands‑on experience using AI/GenAI tools, including Claude, to improve program execution, planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of complex Supply Chain, Operations, and Digital Transformation programs.
• Use AI/GenAI platforms, including Claude, to improve program governance, risk management, reporting, documentation, and decision‑making.
• Drive collaboration across engineering, product, business operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage program schedules, dependencies, budgets, risks, and executive communications.
• Establish delivery frameworks, KPIs, success metrics, and governance processes.
• Translate business requirements into actionable program plans and drive successful delivery.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program Management/Technical Program Management experience.
• Strong experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Procurement, or Operations programs.
• Hands‑on experience using Claude and/or other AI/GenAI tools to improve program execution and productivity.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to work effectively with engineering and business teams.
• Experience managing complex, cross‑functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar GenAI solutions.
• Experience with Supply Chain platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.
• Experience leading Digital Transformation or AI adoption initiatives.

Area of Responsibility

Requirement Analysis-Participate in client discussions to gather information regarding platform constraints, technology stacks, and performance expectations of a specific technology.

Designing-Create low-level design inputs for assigned technology and provides technical viewpoints for specific components as per the standards and best practices.

Integration assessment and support-Assess and evaluate client technology environment to support integration of technology components and ensure system‑level technical compatibility.

Troubleshooting-Support testing activities for technology components and work with developers and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot errors during deployment phases.

Mandatory Skills: AI Cognitive.Experience: 8-10 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
