Job summary

Boston Scientific Corporation in Arden Hills, MN invites applications for an AI-focused internship within the AIS R&D AI transformation team. You will support developing AI-enabled workflows, collaborate with engineers, and contribute to information retrieval, documentation review, and test automation.

The role requires ongoing CS/Software/CE studies, Python proficiency, familiarity with Generative and Agentic AI, and a 12-week timeframe beginning May 17th or 24th, 2027.

Qualifications

• Working towards a Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software or Computer Engineering.
• Experience with Python or a comparable programming language, data structures, web frameworks, or databases through coursework or internships.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and Agentic AI from academic projects or internships.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and building tools that support engineering workflows leveraging AI and machine learning tools.
• Support the integration of AI-driven approaches into existing engineering tools and workflows.
• Work with the team to identify and implement AI-assisted engineering solutions for information retrieval, documentation review, or test automation.
• Collaborate with engineers to analyze requirements and design effective AI-enabled solutions.
