Job summary

MEDuvi LLC is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Tools, to collaborate with business units across the United States. The role focuses on mapping workflows, building AI and automation solutions, and delivering tools that improve operational efficiency using Python, SQL, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.

You will work near business teams, deploy in production, and measure impact with clear success metrics while maintaining privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and shipping software solutions with Python and SQL.
• Experience automating business workflows using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or RPA.
• Ability to work with non-technical operators to extract the real problem.
• Strong communication and ownership of deployed solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand workflows, operational pain points, data constraints, compliance boundaries, and user adoption barriers.
• Investigate problems from process, data, compliance, user experience, and technical angles before proposing solutions.
• Scope and build solutions using Python, SQL, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Claude, and other tools as needed.
• Build against real systems and data while respecting security, privacy, HIPAA, PHI, and operational control requirements.
• Deploy and operate AI tools and solutions in production, with metrics defined from day one for adoption, time saved, error reduction, and workflow impact.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to turn recurring workflow patterns into shared product opportunities.
