Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, digital transformation, technical support, program management, or related discipline.
• Experience implementing, configuring, integrating, or supporting enterprise technology solutions, including AI, workflow automation, knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the AI roadmap for Legal and OEC in collaboration with BTS and stakeholders.
• Administer AI platforms including access, configuration, testing, and integration.
• Develop and maintain AI agents, prompts, and automated workflows for approved processes.
• Drive adoption through training and user support; monitor utilization and ROI.
