Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, digital transformation, or related discipline.
- Experience implementing, configuring, integrating, or supporting enterprise technology solutions including AI and workflow automation.
- Experience leading technology implementation, adoption, training, and business process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of the Legal and OEC AI roadmap with stakeholders and BTS to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate evaluation, onboarding of AI solutions with privacy, cybersecurity, and governance reviews.
- Administer and support Legal and OEC AI platforms including access, configurations, and integrations.
- Build, test, document, and maintain AI agents, prompts, and automated workflows.
- Drive adoption through training, communications, and user support; monitor value realization.
