Job summary
10a Labs is seeking a Technical Writer & Instructional Designer to create hands-on workshops and comprehensive developer documentation focused on AI systems and emerging technologies. You will translate complex AI concepts into practical resources for engineers and developers, owning end-to-end content development from curriculum design to instructor guides.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical writing, instructional design, or developer education.
- Experience creating hands-on workshops, developer training materials, and docs.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, APIs, and vector databases.
- Experience writing for software engineers and developer audiences.
- Excellent technical writing and editing capabilities with clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Design hands-on technical workshops on LLMs and AI developer tools.
- Own curriculum development including objectives and prerequisites.
- Create API/SDK docs, tutorials, lab guides, and instructor resources.
- Develop and maintain accurate developer tooling documentation.
- Translate complex concepts into accessible, practical learning materials.
