Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a talented attorney to support cutting-edge machine learning and AI initiatives across external customers and internal teams. You will be the primary contact on complex AI commercial matters and help shape business strategy and licensing negotiations.

The role requires 5+ years of legal experience, a JD and bar admission, and a track record in transactional and technology licensing, ideally with both law firm and in-house exposure.

Formación

• 5+ years of legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and bar admission in one state.
• Experience in transactional and technology licensing.
• Experience mix of corporate law firm and in-house work.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point-of-contact supporting key AI product initiatives for external customers and internal use.
• Provide input on business and strategy related to a broad range of first-impression AI issues.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to invent, simplify, and implement innovative legal solutions.
• Collaborate with a global team of Amazon Legal professionals to drive outcomes.
