Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking an Innovation Policy Manager II (onsite) to design, execute policy experiences that showcase AI, wearables and VR. You will work with internal teams and external partners to educate policy audiences and advocate for responsible AI innovation.

You will travel domestically and lead cross-functional policy programs, campaigns, and partnerships to amplify the economic and social value of AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Policy experience and analysis in AI-related settings.
• Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders and policy audiences.
• Strong knowledge of public policy in tech and AI domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead demonstrations showing AI, wearables, VR to policy audiences.
• Design and run innovation policy experiences and events for stakeholders.
• Develop outreach programs and policy campaigns highlighting AI value.
• Engage with policymakers, trade associations, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Partnerships teams.
• Build coalitions to advance our policy goals and manage campaigns.
