Job summary
Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking an Innovation Policy Manager II for an onsite role in the United States. You will design, develop, and execute AI, wearables, VR experiences for policy audiences and build policy partnerships with AI developers and stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with policy, product, marketing, partnerships and legal teams to advocate for AI's value and its economic and social impact, while traveling domestically as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- 5+ years of policy or legal experience focused on AI technology or related tech.
- Experience designing policy programs, events, and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead demos for policy audiences with AI, wearables, VR, and related tech.
- Develop and execute innovation policy experiences and events.
- Create outreach programs and policy campaigns highlighting AI value.
- Engage with policymakers, associations, industry partners, and NGOs.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, Communications, and Partnerships teams.
- Build coalitions to advance policy goals and manage campaigns.
- Project-manage policy programs, including for new AI products.
- Lead smaller advocacy campaigns or co-manage larger ones.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to champion AI innovation.
