Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking experienced IT/ERP professionals to join its Platinion practice in the U.S. The role focuses on digital transformation, data & AI, and complex ERP programs with substantial travel.

You will work across ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday) and contribute to architecture, program governance, and value realization for large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in IT/ERP consulting, software development, or IT project management.
• Experience with end-to-end ERP implementations in waterfall or agile settings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Gen AI tool fluency and willingness to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholder groups and development teams.
• Think strategically, analyze performance, and tackle business challenges.
• Serve as a technical expert driving IT solutions rooted in complexity.
